Job Summary
Lead cleaning team to meet high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction. Organize employee shifts, assign tasks, and adjust schedules as needed. Train team members on ServiceMaster’s standards, products, and procedures. Conduct inspections, provide constructive feedback, and ensure tasks meet quality standards. Respond promptly and professionally to customer requests and concerns. Enforce safety and OSHA regulations to protect the team. Must have 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a cleaning environment, strong communication in English (bilingual a plus), and thrive in a fast-paced setting. Physical duties include standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, and lifting up to 35 lbs.
Required Qualifications
