Job Summary
Oversee cleaning staff at a CBRE Government & Defense Services site, coordinating daily activities, schedules, and training. Inspect work, manage supplies, liaise with clients, handle feedback, and ensure safety and standardized cleaning processes. Lead by example to meet team and customer objectives. Requires a High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of related experience and the ability to lift heavy loads (50 lbs+). Proficient in Microsoft Office and possess strong organizational skills.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of job-related experience
- Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred
- Must be able to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more
- In-depth understanding of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
