Job Summary
Recruit, hire, onboard, and train new employees while leading, coaching, and supporting field teams to ensure high performance. Conduct quality control inspections at client locations and resolve operational issues with on-site support. Coordinate employee schedules, arrange coverage, and prepare customer invoices. Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular site visits and lead monthly team meetings with performance evaluations. Maintain operational reports and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the Greater Philadelphia area required.
Required Qualifications
- Previous leadership experience in the commercial cleaning industry
- Experience recruiting, training, and supervising cleaning staff
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a hands-on management style
- Ability to manage multiple client locations in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable car
- Willingness to travel throughout the Greater Philadelphia area
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Proficiency with basic business software
- English language ability
