Job Summary
Clean common areas and show apartments with turnovers; thoroughly clean and deodorize kitchens and bathrooms; mop floors, vacuum carpets, dust, wash fixtures and windows; move refrigerators and stoves for turnovers; complete timesheets and work orders; maintain a neat, professional appearance. Bilingual Spanish-English required. 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday, on-site at Cincinnati property. Benefits include group health, dental, vision, 401k with match, paid holidays and vacation. Monthly phone allowance and mileage reimbursement.
Required Qualifications

- Experience in commercial cleaning or hotel hospitality
