Commercial Cleaning- General Housekeeping

Job Summary
Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided ServiceMaster products, tools, and procedures, including sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash removal, restroom cleaning, windows, and dusting. Maintain a clean and organized cleaning closet, communicating with the supervisor when supplies are needed. This role requires constant standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, and twisting, with the ability to lift and carry up to 25lbs. Travel to multiple locations in the Appleton, Neenah, and Menasha areas is necessary, so dependable transportation is required. Work starts after 5pm in a part-time capacity with flexible scheduling. Previous janitorial experience is preferred, though on-the-job training is provided for those with a strong work ethic.

- Ability to read and follow safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable and on time
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within the allotted time
- Reliable transportation
