Job Summary
Area Manager for Lakeland/Winter Haven region in a local commercial cleaning company. This hands-on role works with front-line staff, conducts account visits, trains new employees, restocks accounts, and maintains cleaning quality through scorecards. Responsibilities include managing labor across locations, ensuring services meet established standards, quality control, maintaining supplies, interacting with customers during site visits, resolving conflicts, tracking and reporting weekly site progress, recruiting/onboarding employees, and a passion for a job well done. Requires a positive, outgoing, problem-solving mindset in a fast-paced environment with travel and evening hours. Flexible schedule with PART-TIME commitment (20-30 hours/week, evening only). Must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and be able to pass background and drug checks. Varies by location.
