Job Summary
Provide immaculate cleaning services throughout a warehouse facility, including sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and buffing floors; empty trash and replace liners; clean restrooms and break rooms; replenish supplies; and identify potential repairs or hazards. Duties require operating cleaning equipment (including buffing machines and pallet jacks), working rotating weekends, maintaining safety and security, and performing ad hoc tasks as needed. Emphasis on thoroughness, the ability to work independently or in a team, and adherence to workplace safety practices.
Required Qualifications
- Previous cleaning experience in an industrial setting
- Ability to operate common housecleaning implements (mops, floor waxes, scouring pads)
- Ability to recognize problems or potential hazards
- Ability to endure long hours of continuous work
- Physical ability to walk, stand, bend, stoop, lift up to 25 pounds
- Must be able to operate motorized pallet jack
