Job Summary
Conduct daily cleaning support for high-traffic building areas, including mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and trash disposal. Stock bathrooms with supplies and clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors. Dust furniture, walls, and equipment, moving and rearranging items as needed. Ensure cleaning supplies remain secure and follow standardized processes for chemical use and power equipment. Attend regular staff meetings and required training sessions. Perform physically demanding tasks such as stooping, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Work independently or as part of a team while solving straightforward problems using existing procedures.
Required Qualifications
- 2 Years of related job experience
- Capability to perform physically demanding tasks, including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs, lifting (up to 50 lbs.) and moving furniture
- Ability to follow basic work routines
- Ability to communicate
- Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset
- Ability to efficiently complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes
- Reliable and responsible, can work independently or as part of a team
- Occasional exposure to elements such as heat, cold, noise, dust, dirt, chemicals, etc.
