Job Summary
As CBRE, GDS Commercial Cleaner, you will perform basic cleaning duties in high-traffic areas, including mopping, sweeping, trash disposal, stocking restrooms, dusting, cleaning windows and mirrors, and following standardized cleaning processes. You will use chemical cleaners and power equipment, attend routine training, and perform physically demanding tasks (stooping, standing, lifting up to 50 lbs) while maintaining safe storage of cleaning supplies and adhering to procedures.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of job-related experience
- Experience in facilities, maintenance, custodial, or similar field is preferred
- Any relevant certifications in maintenance, safety, or facilities operations are a plus
