Job Summary
CBRE Government & Defense Services is seeking a GDS Commercial Cleaner responsible for basic cleaning tasks in high-traffic building areas, including mopping, sweeping, trash disposal, restroom replenishment, dusting, window cleaning, and adherence to company cleaning standards. Must follow chemical cleaners procedures, operate cleaning equipment safely, attend trainings, and perform tasks with attention to detail. Requires ability to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs) and work independently or as part of a team. Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Experience: minimum 2 years in custodial/related fields preferred. Compensation is hourly around $15 and may include benefits; this is an on-site, part-time role in Forest, MS.
