Job Summary
CBRE GDS Commercial Cleaner performs basic cleaning duties in high-traffic building areas, including mopping, sweeping, and trash disposal. Responsibilities include stocking restrooms with paper products and supplies, cleaning windows and surfaces, dusting, and following standardized cleaning procedures per company standards. Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of custodial/maintenance experience. Part-time weekend shift, on-site in Springdale, AR, with hourly pay of $16.70. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work independently or as part of a team; attendance at required meetings and trainings is expected.
