Job Summary
Perform basic cleaning duties across multiple job sites, including mopping, sweeping, trash disposal, stocking restrooms with supplies, dusting furniture and fixtures, cleaning windows and glass partitions, and using cleaners and power equipment. Maintain supplies in a safe area, follow standardized cleaning processes, and attend required trainings. Duties are 28 hours per week on-site at Rome, NY locations. Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of custodial/maintenance experience; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; strong organizational and communication skills; ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of job-related experience
- Experience in facilities, maintenance, custodial, or a similar field is preferred
- Any relevant certifications in maintenance, safety, or facilities operations are a plus
