Job Summary
CBRE GDS Commercial Cleaner role performing basic cleaning duties in high-traffic building areas, including mopping, sweeping, trash disposal, stocking bathrooms with toilet paper/paper towels/soap, dusting, cleaning windows/glass partitions/mirrors, and ensuring cleaning supplies are secured. Follow standardized cleaning procedures, use chemical cleaners and power equipment, attend regular staff meetings and required in-service training, and perform physically demanding tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs) while maintaining safety and teamwork. Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of related experience; on-site, part-time schedule with potential benefits.
Required Qualifications
