Job Summary
Lead and coordinate the CBRE-GDS cleaning team in a large facility, overseeing daily activities, scheduling staff, conducting daily meetings and in-service trainings, inspecting equipment, ordering and securing supplies, liaising with clients, handling feedback, submitting daily cleanliness reports, and training staff on chemical cleaners. Ensure standardized cleaning processes meet company standards and provide daily cleaning support for designated private areas, while resolving complex problems to meet team and customer objectives. Demonstrates leadership by example and upholding CBRE-GDS values.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of job-related experience
- Prior shift manager or supervisory experience
