Job Summary
Lead CBRE-GDS cleaning operations for a building by coordinating daily team activities, creating work schedules, assigning tasks, cross-training staff, and conducting regular training on chemical cleaners. Schedule daily staff meetings, inspect equipment, order supplies, liaise with clients and employees, and submit daily cleanliness reports. Ensure standardized cleaning processes meet company standards, provide cleaning support for designated private areas, resolve complex problems to meet team objectives, and model CBRE-GDS values with strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to explain complex concepts are required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of job-related experience
- Prior shift manager or supervisory experience
