Commercial Cleaner / Janitor

Complete job specifications for assigned buildings by disinfecting desks, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing restrooms including fixtures, mirrors, and toilets. Maintain equipment, order supplies, and organize assigned areas by separating laundry and keeping the janitor's closet tidy. Use the communication book to request consumables and share facility information while communicating with the Area Manager regarding timekeeping, supplies, and client requests. Follow all health and safety regulations and perform additional duties as assigned. This part-time role involves 5 hours weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays after 5pm at a traditional office building in Avon.
