Job Summary
Complete job specifications for assigned buildings by disinfecting desks, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping offices, restocking restroom dispensers, and sanitizing fixtures. Maintain equipment and order supplies while keeping clean and dirty laundry separate and organizing the janitor's closet. Communicate with the Area Manager regarding timekeeping, supplies, and client requests. Perform additional duties as assigned, including taking out biohazard trash and running an auto scrubber. Work 1.5-hour shifts every other Saturday at a medical facility in Fairview Park. This part-time role offers above-average pay, paid vacation, 401K, and opportunities for advancement.
