Job Summary
Complete job specifications for assigned buildings, including disinfecting desks, vacuuming floors, and sanitizing restrooms. Maintain equipment, order supplies, and ensure organization of assigned areas by separating laundry and keeping the janitor's closet tidy. Use the communication book to request consumables and share facility information while communicating with the Area Manager regarding timekeeping and client requests. Follow all health and safety regulations and perform additional duties as assigned. This part-time role offers 18 weekly hours on Monday through Saturday after 4:30 pm, with above-average pay, paid vacation, and 401K.
