Job Summary
Complete job specifications for assigned buildings by cleaning offices, common areas, floors, and restrooms. Disinfect surfaces, dust, vacuum, mop, restock dispensers, empty trash, and sanitize fixtures. Maintain equipment, order supplies, and organize assigned areas including laundry and the janitor's closet. Use the communication book to request consumables and share facility information while communicating with the Area Manager regarding timekeeping, supplies, and client requests. Follow all health and safety regulations and perform additional duties as assigned. This part-time role requires reliable transportation, a drug test, and a background check, with shifts on Saturdays and Sundays after 5:30 pm.
