Job Summary
Complete job specifications for assigned buildings by disinfecting desks, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping offices, common areas, restrooms, and industrial shop zones including locker rooms and dining areas. Maintain equipment and order supplies while keeping clean and dirty laundry separate and organizing the janitor's closet. Communicate with the Area Manager regarding timekeeping, supplies, and client requests, and use the communication book to request consumables. Follow all health and safety regulations and perform additional duties as assigned. Work 9 hours weekly on Mondays and Thursdays in Independence, reporting to the Area Manager. This part-time role offers above-average pay, flexibility, and opportunities for advancement within Summit Building Services.
