Custodial and grounds maintenance duties including cleaning high-traffic areas, stocking bathrooms, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting furniture and fixtures, cleaning windows and mirrors, and performing lawn-care tasks (grass mowing, hedge trimming, pruning, planting, fertilizing/insecticide as applicable). Follow company procedures for chemical cleaners and power equipment; maintain safe storage of supplies; attend regular staff meetings and training; lift/carry heavy loads (50 lbs+); work on-site in Huntsville, AL as a full-time employee for CBRE Government and Defense.
