Job Summary
Perform routine custodial and grounds maintenance to keep interior and exterior facilities clean, safe, and well-kept. Responsibilities include cleaning high-traffic areas, stocking bathrooms with toilet paper, towels, and soap, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning windows and mirrors, organizing cleaning supplies, following chemical handling procedures and safety rules, attending trainings, and performing ground maintenance such as mowing lawns, trimming hedges, pruning shrubs, applying fertilizer or insecticide, watering plants, and disposing of litter. Requires ability to lift heavy loads (up to 50 lbs), work in varied environmental conditions, and operate基本 cleaning equipment per procedures. This is a part-time role with potential for additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of job-related experience
