Job Summary
Commercial Cleaner needed to maintain cleanliness of common areas in a luxury high-rise residential condominium in Chicago. Responsibilities include cleaning lobbies, hallways, and elevators; sweeping, mopping, vacuuming; disinfecting high-touch surfaces; cleaning restrooms, gyms, lounges, and other shared spaces; taking out trash/recycling and organizing mailroom areas; refilling cleaning and restroom supplies; reporting safety or maintenance issues; keeping stairwells and emergency exits clean; following safety rules. Must be bilingual in English and Spanish, have prior commercial/industrial cleaning experience, be able to lift 30–50 lbs, and be available to work Thursday through Monday from 7:00am to 3:30pm. Pay rate is $21.67 per hour, with bi-weekly pay. A background check is required.
