Job Summary
Conduct daily cleaning and sanitation duties in office and manufacturing areas, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and disinfecting restrooms and break rooms. Empty trash receptacles and replenish cleaning supplies while communicating with Purchasing for reorder requests. Monitor safety hazards and notify management of maintenance issues, adhering to all safety protocols and PPE requirements. Work independently with minimal supervision, maintaining high standards of cleanliness in a manufacturing environment with potential temperature variations and noise levels.
Required Qualifications
- Flexibility to work evening or weekend shifts as needed

- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and chemicals used in commercial settings
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaborate effectively with team members

- Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks, lift heavy objects, and stand for extended periods
