Job Summary
Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas within the commercial building by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting surfaces to maintain cleanliness standards. Disinfect high-touch surfaces and sanitize restrooms regularly, while emptying trash receptacles and restocking supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper. Use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently, reporting any maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors promptly. Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment. This role requires standing for up to 8 hours and lifting up to 20 pounds, with a Monday-Friday 3:00pm to 4:00pm shift in Englewood, OH. Training will be provided for chemical knowledge and equipment use.
Required Qualifications
- Punctual and reliable attendance record.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with others.
- Push or pull up to 20 pounds.
- Stand for up to 8 hours.
- 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- Prior janitorial or custodial experience
- Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial services

- Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform thorough cleaning tasks efficiently
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good time management skills to complete assigned duties within scheduled shifts
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive cleaning tasks, including standing, bending, lifting, and reaching
- Knowledge of proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment
