Commercial Chiller Service Technician

Maintain and repair central plant equipment, including chillers 100 tons and larger, motors, pumps, valves, controls, cooling towers, and vane axial fans. Overhaul centrifugal chillers and perform daily and monthly preventative maintenance on all associated equipment. Schedule and manage site-wide maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair duties, ensuring completion within allocated time. Support the office with recommended repairs from delivery to completion and conduct end-to-end testing, programming, start-ups, and commissioning. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for on-site equipment while maintaining positive relationships with customers, vendors, and co-workers. Attend monthly safety meetings and ensure compliance with safety policies. Work directly with the Chiller Field Supervisor on new and existing customer opportunities or issues. Availability for emergency service calls on-call through normal rotation required.
