Commercial Chiller Service Technician

Maintain and repair central plant equipment, including chillers 100 tons and larger, motors, pumps, valves, controls, cooling towers, and vane axial fans. Overhaul centrifugal chillers and perform daily and monthly preventative maintenance on all associated equipment. Schedule and manage site-wide maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair duties while ensuring completion within allocated time. Conduct end-to-end testing, programming, start-ups, and commissioning. Support the office with repairs from delivery to completion and work directly with the Chiller Field Supervisor on customer opportunities. Maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and co-workers while attending safety meetings and ensuring compliance with policies.
