Commercial Chiller Service Technician

Maintain and repair central plant equipment, including chillers 100 tons and larger, motors, pumps, valves, controls, cooling towers, and auxiliary equipment. Overhaul centrifugal chillers, manage site-wide maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair duties, and perform daily and monthly preventative maintenance on all associated equipment. Schedule and manage maintenance within allocated time, ensure completion of tasks, and provide end-to-end testing, programming, start-ups, and commissioning. Support the office with repairs from delivery to completion, attend monthly safety meetings, and ensure compliance with safety policies. Maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and co-workers while working directly with the Chiller Field Supervisor on new and existing opportunities.
