Commercial Carpentry Foreman

Job Summary
Lead and work with a crew of 3-4 carpenters performing rough and finish carpentry on commercial, industrial, and agricultural projects, including framing interior walls, installing trim, hanging doors, and building bath partitions. Supervise, train, and mentor the team while maintaining a safe and quality work culture. Keep supervisors informed of job progress, communicate problems, and solve issues as needed. Complete daily paperwork such as reports, time cards, and quality control sheets. Operate hand and power tools, read blueprints, and perform physical labor involving lifting heavy objects. Work outdoors in variable weather conditions and multi-task to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. This role requires full-time, year-round employment with travel willingness and a driver's license preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Read and understand blueprints; required
- Leadership and supervisory skills
- Willingness to travel
- Ability to lift heavy objects regularly (0-50 lbs ground to shoulder, 0-80 lbs ground to carry height)
- Ability to perform physical labor
- Ability to operate hand/power tools and equipment
- Must possess skills to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Committed to maintaining a safe work environment
