Conduct metal and wood framing, install counters and cabinets, and apply high-end trim for commercial projects. Manage siding, exterior trim, and deck installations while utilizing flat roofing techniques where applicable. Operate with personal hand tools and PPE, ensuring all work meets high-end standards. Requires three or more years of commercial carpentry experience, a valid driver's license, and a vehicle. Compensation is structured based on experience.
