Job Summary
Install metal stud framing, drywall, and acoustical ceiling systems per plans and specifications while maintaining production pace and quality workmanship. Read blueprints, layouts, and project documents to direct installation and identify potential issues before they impact production. Lead and manage field crews, including training journeyman and apprentice team members, while enforcing safety policies and maintaining a clean work environment. Plan daily and weekly work to meet project schedules and adjust labor productivity as needed. Coordinate with foremen, project managers, and other trades to resolve jobsite challenges proactively.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of interior and exterior metal stud framing
- Strong experience with metal stud framing, drywall systems, and ACT
- Ability to read plans and manage layout independently
- Proven ability to lead crews and manage production schedules
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel as required
- Employment contingent upon passing Drug Test, Physical, and E-Verify
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years in a leadership or foreman role preferred
