Job Summary
Install metal stud framing, drywall, and acoustical ceiling systems per plans and specifications while maintaining production pace and quality workmanship. Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and project documents to direct precise layout and installation. Lead, manage, and develop field crews on commercial job sites, planning daily and weekly work to meet project schedules. Train and mentor journeyman and apprentice-level team members while enforcing safety policies and resolving jobsite challenges proactively. Coordinate with foremen, project managers, and other trades to ensure all work meets company quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of interior and exterior metal stud framing
- Strong experience with metal stud framing, drywall systems, and ACT
- Ability to read plans and manage layout independently
- Proven ability to lead crews and manage production schedules
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel as required
- Employment contingent upon passing Drug Test, Physical, and E-Verify
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years in a leadership or foreman role preferred
