Job Summary
Install metal stud framing, drywall, and acoustical ceiling systems per plans and specifications while reading blueprints and interpreting project documents. Perform precise layout, measure, cut, and install materials, maintaining production pace and ensuring quality workmanship. Lead and manage field crews, plan daily schedules to meet project goals, and train journeyman and apprentice team members. Identify and resolve jobsite challenges proactively, enforce safety policies, and coordinate with foremen, project managers, and other trades.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of interior and exterior metal stud framing
- Strong experience with metal stud framing, drywall systems, and ACT
- Ability to read plans and manage layout independently
- Proven ability to lead crews and manage production schedules
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel as required
- Employment contingent upon passing Drug Test, Physical, and E-Verify
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years in a leadership or foreman role preferred
