Job Summary
Commercial Card Relationship Manager within the JPMorganChase Payments team who will manage a portfolio of clients in Healthcare, Higher Education, and Non-Profit sectors, drive growth and cross-sell payables solutions, and ensure ongoing client satisfaction through regular reviews and collaboration with service/product teams. Responsibilities include identifying payables strategies, conducting account reviews, resolving client issues, leading revenue-generation initiatives, and communicating with C-level clients and executive stakeholders. Requires ownership mindset, risk management adherence, and the ability to travel up to 25% to support client objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of relevant experience in Relationship Management (Payments, Treasury, or Commercial Card)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and video conferencing tools
- Solid understanding of payments, client accounting systems, ERPs, and AP processes
- Demonstrate integrity, accountability, and a strong culture of risk management
- Demonstrate excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meeting deadlines, and working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
