Job Summary
Drive commercial sales growth by developing relationships with existing and prospective customers, selling preventative maintenance and priority care programs, and overseeing the commercial jetting and sales team. Spend the majority of time in the field visiting clients while managing productivity, scheduling, and performance goals for jet technicians and field supervisors. Conduct job completion follow-ups to ensure satisfactory work and provide coaching to staff not meeting production targets. Assist the National Sales Team in processing work orders and ensuring standardized procedures are followed. Join local trade associations and participate in applicable events to build customer loyalty.
Required Qualifications
- Highschool diploma or equivalent
- At least 5 years of sales and management experience
- Commercial Sales experience with proven year-over-year record of successful development and growth of a territory
- Sound problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record according to company policy
