Job Summary
Commercial Business Manager (m/w/d) in Germany with national Key Account and Buying Alliance responsibility. Own revenue, gross margin and budget for a defined customer group; lead national annual and condition negotiations; develop pricing and investment strategies; enable cross-market collaboration; supervise a six-person team and drive development of team members. Work closely with Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain and Field Sales to base decisions on performance data, opportunities and risks. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, commercial acumen and stakeholder management are required, along with fluent English. Regular presence in the Cologne office is required.
