Independent contractor role focused on generating commercial leads and securing exterior service contracts for Sparkle Squad in the Miami-Dade area. Responsibilities include initiating contact with commercial entities, cold calling, digital networking, B2B field prospecting, building relationships with decision-makers, pitching Sparkle Squad’s commercial solutions (including window cleaning, pressure washing, and building exteriors), and acting as the bridge between local businesses and the operations team. Requires self-motivation, strong communication skills, ability to manage your own schedule, and compliance with a standard contractor background check and references. Remote, performance-based compensation with uncapped earning potential. English fluency is required; Spanish skills are highly preferred.
