Job Summary
Commercial Business Developer in Tampa, FL, working onsite most weeks with one remote day, to drive GEICO’s B2B agency growth. You will deliver strategic sales initiatives within a defined agency territory, build GEICO’s book of business through approved underwriting practices, and act as a subject-matter expert on product lines and systems to improve customer experience, sales closure, and retention. Responsibilities include influencing agencies, presenting and networking through multiple channels, analyzing data to support growth, setting actionable goals, and collaborating with teams to meet sales targets. Required Qualifications
- 2 years sales/consulting experience (business-to-business sales a plus)
- Must have prior experience with commercial insurance OR relevant commercial auto and trucking industry experience
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
