Commercial Business and Financial Officer - Full Time - Onsite (So.CA)

Commercial Business and Financial Officer responsible for developing and executing the Commercial and Business Segment for lending and deposit products; cross-selling credit union services to new, existing and potential members; building and retaining commercial member relationships; processing and ensuring accuracy of loan and deposit transactions; collaborating with commercial lending, small business, and retail teams to shape product development and achieve sales goals; maintaining confidentiality and delivering high-quality member service while upholding Credit Union policies and procedures; engaging with community activities to promote Nuvision and Denali; contributing to member experiences and overall portfolio growth through effective product referrals (Investments, Insurance, Mortgages, Small Business lending, consumer deposits) and retention initiatives.
