Commercial Building Operator

Oversees building operations for a Winnipeg-based commercial portfolio; responsibilities include identifying building deficiencies, coordinating vendors and contractors, supporting capital improvement initiatives, and helping drive operational improvements across the portfolio. You will work with Property Management to assess maintenance priorities, evaluate repair options, review contractor recommendations, and provide the technical insight necessary to support informed decision-making. The role requires critical thinking, follow-through, proactive ownership, and the ability to balance cost, risk, tenant impact, and long-term building performance; effective communication with contractors, tenants, and internal stakeholders is essential.
