Job Summary
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in building construction best practices and loss control measures. Responsibilities include producing safety surveys, evaluating client properties for risks, and designing tailored loss control solutions. The position demands deep practical experience in building inspection and industry knowledge, along with the ability to consult with various clients. Will require extensive travel.
Required Qualifications
- Deep (8+ years) of practical building and/or inspection and best practice experience
- Knowledge of commercial lines underwriting and loss control concepts
- Prior experience conducting surveys or evaluations on commercial property
- A willingness to travel to client sites (at least 10 days per month)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
Desired Qualifications
- A Certificate in Safety Management (CSM) or Certified Safety Professionals (CSP)
