Job Summary
Inspect commercial buildings for conformity to municipal and national building codes and regulations; inspect residential properties and enforce housing codes. Specializations may include plumbing, electrical, and mechanical. Work under the supervision of the Building Official. Requires high school graduation, five years of construction experience, and ICC certification as a commercial building inspector. Must hold a valid North Dakota driver’s license. This is a full-time, FLSA non-exempt position with benefits; salary range $58,627–$87,032 annually.
Required Qualifications

- Five years of experience in the construction industry
