Job Summary
Oversee and manage branch operations, ensuring efficiency and growth while developing strategies that promote teamwork and operational effectiveness. Evaluate and refine branch practices across all lines of business, hire and train employees to foster professional development, and collaborate with the sales team to execute a location-specific sales plan. Set strategic direction to drive branch performance and success, utilizing strong analytical skills to analyze customer programs for profitability. Requires 5+ years in commercial truck service leadership, 2+ years of full P&L responsibility, and proficiency with AS400, SAP, and Paylocity. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in a leadership role in the commercial truck service and shop industry
- 2+ years full P&L responsibility
- Superior customer service and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong analytical and business insight and the ability to analyze customer programs for profitability
- Excellent MS Office skills and able to learn and operate software (AS400, SAP, Paylocity, etc.)
- Ability to cycle inventory, run reports, and communicate results with upper management
- Must have strong leadership and time management skills, as well as close attention to detail
- Ability to interact with all levels within the organization and client base
- Effective problem-solving skills and customer service-oriented
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time management skills
- Demonstrate strong analytical thinking and business insight
