Job Summary
Oversee and manage branch operations at the Pooler, GA location for Snider Fleet Solutions, driving efficiency and growth. Develop and implement strategies to promote teamwork and operational effectiveness, hire/train employees, collaborate with the sales team to develop a location-specific sales plan, and set strategic direction to drive branch performance. Analyze customer programs for profitability, manage P&L, and communicate results to upper management. Demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills, with excellent customer service and cross-functional collaboration across all levels of the organization and client base. Proficiency in MS Office and experience with AS400, SAP, and Paylocity are valued to support reporting and software adoption.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in a leadership role in the commercial truck service and shop industry
- 2+ years full P&L responsibility
- Superior customer service and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong analytical and business insight and the ability to analyze customer programs for profitability
- Excellent MS Office skills and able to learn and operate software (AS400, SAP, Paylocity, etc.)
- Ability to cycle inventory, run reports, and communicate results with upper management
- Must have strong leadership and time management skills, as well as close attention to detail
- Ability to interact with all levels within the organization and client base
