Job Summary

Oversee and manage branch operations for a commercial tire service organization; develop and implement strategies that promote teamwork and operational efficiency, hire/train employees, drive growth, evaluate branch practices, manage inventory and reporting, collaborate with the sales team on location plans, and foster strong client relationships.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years in a leadership role in the commercial truck service and shop industry
  • 2+ years full P&L responsibility
  • Superior customer service and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong analytical and business insight and the ability to analyze customer programs
  • Excellent MS Office skills and able to learn and operate software (AS400, SAP, Paylocity, etc.)
  • Ability to cycle inventory, run reports, and communicate results with upper management
  • Must have strong leadership and time management skills, as well as close attention to detail
  • Ability to interact with all levels within the organization and client base
