Job Summary
Analyze commercial loan customers and real estate projects for financial and business risks by reviewing balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Prepare credit memorandums, financial spreadsheets, and relationship/profitability analyses to support Relationship Managers. Collaborate with business clients holding revenues of $2.5 to $100 million and manage real estate transactions with credit exposure from $1 to $15 million. Complete an extensive training program including specialized external classroom and on-the-job instruction. Work in Wilmington, DE for the first 12-18 months, with potential travel within the bank's footprint.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
- Prior equivalent work experience which provides a basis for commercial loan underwriting and analysis
- Previous credit and financial statement review experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong Microsoft Office experience, including Excel spreadsheet skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate
- Presently authorized to work for any employer in the United States
- Must not require work visa sponsorship from WSFS Bank now or in the future
