Job Summary
Commercial Banking Support Specialist provides product and service support to commercial banking customers, collaborating with the Sales team and product managers to resolve inquiries via phone, email, or online chat. Responsibilities include handling mobile deposit, ACH, Wires, merchant services, remote banking products, and credit card issues; assisting with onboarding and documentation for new customer setups; identifying cross-sell opportunities; maintaining high levels of client care; and coordinating with bank operations and vendors. Requires strong customer service, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills; proficiency with MS Office and internet banking software; ability to work in a professional office environment with occasional travel; and a High School Diploma or GED. Regular on-site attendance is required, with duties including handling inquiries from business customers, retail locations, and internal staff, and supporting the sales team in ensuring client satisfaction.
