Job Summary
Supervise entry to mid-level contributors in Commercial Banking Portfolio management; ensure credit execution is consistent with required credit policies and processes; support and drive adoption of new credit policies; identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development in the Commercial Banking Portfolio management area; make day-to-day supervisory and tactical decisions and resolve issues related to team supervision, work allocation, and daily operations; support policy changes and collaborate with peers; coach and develop credit team; manage allocation of people and financial resources; mentor and guide talent development and assist in hiring; AI literacy and ability to leverage AI tools for routine tasks while maintaining human oversight; flexible to work across locations and shift timings.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of Commercial Banking Portfolio management experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience/training/education
- 1+ years of leadership experience
- Post-Graduation in Finance / Management or equivalent
- Strong data-based decision making and communication skills
- Good working knowledge of MS Office; advanced Excel, VBA is a plus
