Job Summary
Responsible for developing and servicing commercial banking relationships, managing loan and deposit accounts for businesses, and creating sales opportunities. Performs underwriting, structuring, and loan closings, provides financial analysis, and assists with government-sponsored loan programs. Engages in community relations and actively seeks to expand member relationships through follow-up activities and referrals. Requires significant experience in commercial lending, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong financial analysis skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related field, or equivalent experience
- Thirteen years of commercial lending experience, or equivalent knowledge and skills gained from related experience

- Experience in commercial lending
- Ability to develop and maintain business relationships
- Strong financial analysis skills
- Knowledge of government sponsored loan programs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
