Job Summary
Commercial Banking Manager role within Accenture Strategy & Consulting focused on supporting development of offerings and delivery of consulting projects in the commercial banking domain. Responsibilities include working across the end-to-end Commercial credit lifecycle (sales, origination, fulfillment, servicing, portfolio management), managing projects from client buy-in to budgeting and execution, sourcing and coordinating work from internal teams, and developing next-generation wholesale credit technology offerings. You will act as a trusted advisor to C-suite clients, drive business development to originate new opportunities, and build thought leadership in the commercial banking space. Travel up to 80% is required. The position requires industry experience in business, commercial, or corporate banking segments and a track record of transforming programs through strategy development, operating model changes, and technology implementations. A Bachelor’s degree is required, with bonus points for transformation strategy or operating model design experience in banking, and for advanced degrees or certifications. A broad set of qualifications includes experience across the end-to-end credit lifecycle and demonstrated ability to lead complex engagements and relationships with senior executives.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional services firm experience in technology or management consulting with broad experience in engagement management and business development
- Minimum of 5 years of commercial credit (sales, operations, origination, servicing, portfolio management, trading) project management experience with relevant systems
- A Bachelor’s degree
- Demonstrated experience managing complex management and/or technology consulting engagements across the delivery lifecycle
- Demonstrated ability to develop and manage relationships with senior client executives
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Next-Gen Technologies supporting Commercial Banking (e.g., nCino, Loan IQ, AFS, ACBS)
- Travel, as required, up to 80%
